Another problem that affects and becomes uncomfortable is the issue of killing in the respawn zone and that some take advantage of the fact that there are no administrators in the modality to kill in HQ. I propose that the user has immortality until he leaves HQ completely and avoids the sick who are going to kill, it is something that bothers too much and takes away the desire to play in that way.

I think that's a good idea because like you said admins aren't always available so when you do get stuck with spawn killers and no admins online there's little you can do to stop them.

I think a good way would be to give a 5~10 second timer on respawn where you can't take damage, unless you shoot your gun.

Ok. Consider this situation.
1) President camps at police spawn.
2) Terrorists being terrorists rush in and try to kill the prez.
3) Prez is surrounded by a buttload of cops.
4) Terro kill the first cops they meet.
5) Respawning IMMUNE cops kill all the terro.
6) No profit?

Creates the problem of being able to even more easily camp inside cop spawns. Would be nice to have some sort of protection, but maybe turn that protection off when the president is near, so it's a little more fair to terrorists.

It could also be changed that when the person has immunity he dont have any weapons and he also have a option to get rid of that immunity by pressing any hotkey and then he will be allowed to have weapons

Since most of the times spawnkillers are just warned, i'd go with this idea. As for the president, kicking him immediatly if he spends more than 10 seconds in cops base would be fair in my opinion. +1
