Bugged boats. PTP: San-Fierro

Bugged boats. In the PDP mode, when the game takes place in the city of San Fierro every time there is an interesting picture. There are three boats between Cargo ship and military base. Two of them always spawn together, as a result of which they are not subject to exploitation, and if you stand on them, you can get stuck. This bug exists from the first moments when I started playing PTP.

Sorry, if this bug been reported already.
