Connection problems

Sometimes when there are a lot of players in one place the internet becomes slow and sometimes the internet is fast and everyone is slow and the problem was there for a while and it was solved, but the problem happened again and it became annoying and it appears that you are banned from the server. I just hope to solve this problem as soon as possible

It sounds like you are getting packet loss. If you open command prompt and type 'tracert 8.8.8.8' what is the output?
